Postage and Packaging
I endeavor to make my packaging as environmentally sustainable as possible by using paper envelopes or cardboard boxes, and tissue paper.
Postage within the UK is £1.50 for small orders, and £3.50 for orders including a lead, harness, or item of clothing. Shipping is free with orders over £45. Items are sent second class via Royal Mail and should arrive 2-3 days after they have been posted.
Currently we only ship internationally to Australia. Postage is calculated at the checkout. Items are sent second class using Royal Mail and should arrive within 10 days of sending.
If you would like your parcel to be sent first class or tracked, do not hesitate to get in touch and I can arrange this. Prices will increase in line with Royal Mail Postage costs.
Dispatch
Dispatch times vary based on how busy I am. This varies from same-day dispatch to two weeks.
If you need an order quickly, get in touch and I will see what I can do! Usually, I am very accommodating and will be able to get your items to you for when you need them!
